Collection is Cold Hand In Mind, story is Pages From A Young Girl's Diary

I'd never heard of him until last year when Joyce recommended him to me when I made a thread asking for nautical horror (doesn't fit but rec'd anyway) and he's phenomenal. Read two of the four collections I bought, got busy, forgot, started again today.

Heck yeah, his short story collections are exactly what I'd recommend, too. Short stories are where I think most horror and sci-fi writers do their best work. He's so good, just thinking and talking about him right now makes me want to ditch work and go read some Aickman.
