yes /u/MADELINA102666! for 50 years until around 2010 this was core part of feminism: get rid of gender roles! if a woman likes "man things" or "acts manly" that doesn't make her less of a woman. and vice versa.
but then an unholy coalition of tumblr narcissists, lost puritan busybodies in search of a new religion, and pornsick sissy hypno fetishists decided that actually the problem wasn't the forcing people into boxes, it's that we need a lot more 273 boxes to force them in.
