Foids taking off from work early for "family issues": is this a worldwide thing?

Frickin had it with women at my work just up and leaving at a moments notice for unspecified "family issues" and expecting everyone else to pick up their slack. These frickin foids should be made to make up the hours they lose, by coming in at night or not having a lunch br3qk or something. Make them think twice about leaving just because gam gam has a sniffle and needs the KFC 🍗 order collected. Fricking weak butt b-words.

It's the same as when girls in school had to leave for "women's issues" 32 times a month. Just a BS excuse they know managers aren't allowed to probe too deeply about and they can just make up a better excuse if they have to later.
