He isn't an butthole, he a stupid young boy, born into a rude generation. We've all been on a date that didn't work for us, and it's OK that he thought she was boring, what's not OK is that he said it. To her face. In her room… when OP is clearly quite sweet. Tact and etiquette have died and we are left with is offence and disrespect.
