I consider these homes more broken than the ones where the parents can amicably split and coparent like mature adults

That's dumb because kids who parents "amicably split" do worse than the ones who parents love them enough to stay together.

If your name starts with "Fitz-" then you are of a bastard lineage.

"Bastard" feels too old-fashioned, so I say "fatherless"
