I don't think the physical danger is too high but everything else around it sounds exhausting.
Over time, you're going to be juggling way too many people who don't get it's a ONS and try to contact you, or even further get involved with a clinger/stalker. You'll probably frick someone's husband or boyfriend and if their woman finds out, you have another nuisance.
And finally, the s*x on average can't be that good. Sure sometimes you meet someone exciting and compatible, but they'll be few and far between guys with questionable hygiene who just want to pump and dump.
