It's a lowkey ad. The theory is you blast this story to enough coomers they will remember the pics and the drama. They feel their is a new stage of the drama because she "now" has an onlyfans. This drama makes coomers spread her account by word of mouth.

I'm not saying it's a successful strategy but that is the logic behind it.
