I mean, that's like telling me to not be trans because it's dangerous, or 'don't put yourself in dangerous situations' type of "advice". What he's doing, the comments he's making, is sexual harassment and it's illegal. Report him to your HR department. Just because it's common, doesn't make it ok.

This is blatant sexual harassment as well as creating a hostile workplace. Is there a HR department you can report this to? You don't say what country you're in, but I'm hoping there are laws against this where you are. It needs to be reported.
