This is among the dumbest rightoid retorts because it shows a communist-tier understanding of how value works. Value isn't intrinsic and absolute. Value is set by people caring or wanting something.
A fetus is just a clump of cells, and the last birthday card my grandfather sent me before he died is just a piece of paper -- unless someone steps in to value either more.
