This run-on sentence includes a whole story. They're both r-slurred for having unprotected s*x when they didn't want children. She was clearly fine with aborting which is why she took plan B, which didn't work (probably bc she's fat). Then the guy keeps telling her to go to a doctor and get a "real" abortion since the plan B didn't work but she... just didn't. She doesn't seem to be the kind to oppose abortion so I'm gonna guess that it's a combination of (a) laziness, probably mostly this, and (b) maybe she thought she could use the baby as leverage somehow against the father.
Either way this one sentence highlights how she makes terrible decisions, like virtually all single mothers.

If you're fine with plan B and against "abortion" that generally means you think there's some cutoff before which abortions are fine and after which abortions are not fine. Usually the cutoff is when the fetus looks human, or maybe when its nervous system is developed, or whatever.
Regardless, if you take plan B and it doesn't work, you're still very early on in the pregnancy so which those concerns wouldn't apply. If you're fine with plan B then you're probably fine with a 4-week abortion.
