I was held involuntarily at a mental hospital for saying I didn't want to be pregnant anymore (Texas) : pregnant

This was posted in /r/emergencymedicine as well but was jannied because all of the doctors assumed it was fake/that she wasn't telling the full story (as opposed to her threads in /r/pregnant and /r/nursing where she was instantly coddled).

It is good that you have finally realized how bad modern american medical practitioners are. Please never complain to them again, they are not your girlfriends. Also I wish you the best for your impending sleepless 3 years in the near future.

Obviously manic and brings up self harm in regard to being pregnant. Gee I wonder why the ER doc didn't want to deal with it?
