You don't even need an app. You could call the bank over the phone and they'll send you a new card. Shit most banks will even overnight it (they WANT you to be able to use the card).

The app is just the violently easiest way for a tard though if they can manage to log in for the first time. All my bank/credit card apps have always had a huge r-slurred "LOST CARD?" button. Just right there, one picture icon the phone to see her balance and the lost card option.
Calling the bank involves several processes these people fail at 1) finding the bank phone number (internet searching is very hard and their best idea may be asking reddit) 2) calling a phone number because phones are awkward and icky for zoomers - you would not believe the amount of people that just have trouble entering a phone number if there's no direct link to open it with their phone app 3) waiting. 3 minutes is like an eternity and they probably don't know how to do multiple things on their phone at the same time if they just gotta tiktok while on hold 4) actually talking to someone, it just takes a lot sometimes you know when you have to be a mom all the time.
