About 10 years ago some fat foid cop killed some ultra poor r-slurred bubba kid because he pointed a Wiimote controller at her. Thanks to a thorough police coverup she was acquitted, and now works in "Crisis Intervention training" and worse

In February 2014, 17-year-old Christopher Roupe was fatally shot by Euharlee Police Corporal Beth Gatny at his family's home in Euharlee, Georgia. Officers were at the residence to serve a probation violation warrant for Roupe's father. According to Gatny, as she approached the door, she heard what she believed to be the action of a firearm. When Roupe opened the door, she claimed he pointed a pistol at her, prompting her to shoot. However, Roupe's family contended that he was holding a Nintendo Wii controller, preparing to watch a movie, not a firearm.

The incident underwent multiple investigations.

An initial grand jury concluded that Gatny's use of deadly force was unauthorized and recommended further action. Subsequently, a second grand jury reviewed the case and declined to indict Gatny on charges of involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct, effectively clearing her of criminal wrongdoing.

So I did some digging awhile back and discovered that after what appears to be a joke of a trial, ol' Beth actually went through the trouble to even create a malicious facebook page about it called "Euharlee Police Shooting Evidence" or something which is now long defunct. It was clearly made by Gatny or her department to try and repair her shit reputation, but despite all of it's efforts, it did actually provide an abundance of evidence that showed just how fricked up the actual police response was in an obvious coverup. I managed to preserve some of the supposed evidence they posted on there which is all a bunch of bull shit constructed post hoc and basically accuses the kids family, attorney, and media of performing a defamatory smear campaign. After reviewing all the evidence they pitched, I have determined this to be bullshit.

Prior to joining the Euharlee Police Department, Gatny had been terminated from the Acworth Police Department after ten years due to exhausting her Family and Medical Leave entitlement. She also had a history of reprimands, including a 2009 incident where she fired her service weapon at a suspect.

Basically she had a panic attack after shooting the kid, then they subsequently moved the whole family out of the house and searched everything until they found bb guns which they later claimed the kid was holding despite there being like multiple eye witnesses in the same or adjacent room.

The audio and interviews from it is somewhat disturbing but literally demonstrates the kkkops trying desperately to coerce the family at the time of the shooting to try build a fake rational for this dumb b-word to shoot him. It's very depressing as all of these people are in shock and losing their got darn minds because their son/grandson/brother etc was just shot point blank in front of them and they were being told over and over they were askctually wrong and he pointed an extremity at her aggressively.

Following the Officer involved shooting that occurred on February 14, 2014 the Roupegainst Corporal Beth Gatny. At approximately 7:30 pm that night, CPL Gatny and her partner responded to the Eagle view mobile home park to serve arrest warrants on Joseph and Britnay Roupe. CPL Gatny was the contact officer and her partner stood back away from the trailer in order to have a slight view of her while ensuring nobody could flee through other exits. CPL Gatny knocked on the door and heard the "racking" of a firearm, she reached for her weapon on instinct as the door fiew open micro seconds later. As the door flew open she was immediately confronted by a large subject pointing a pistol at her, she saw the subjects hand clench and dip as if firing a round and anticipating the recoil. CPL Gatny fired her weapon striking the subject in the chest, the subject lowered his weapon and stumbled back into the trailer, he died enroute to the hospital. The subject turned out to be the 17 year old son of the wanted subject and was using a realistic looking BB / Airsoft gun in an attempt to play a prank and scare a friend they were expecting. Corporal Gatny was cleared of any wrong doing in July 2014 by a unanimous vote of a Bartow County Grand Jury. Since the investigation has closed all the evidence is available for public release and this site has acquired the case file. Inside this site is the information the family, their attorney and the media do not want you to know. They want you to beleive Christopher answered the door with a Wii remote, this is however very far from the truth.

Even if you pretend that it happened exactly like the pigs say, the bb guns found after the fact in and of themselves were either translucent or big orange tipped, however she never mentioned any of that until they searched the house to try and find a better explanation that what actually happened which is he pointed a wiimote at her and she lit his butt up. They also tried to say they found drugs but this was bullshit as well, despite that they even posted "proof" of the drugs on the facebook which went no where because there wasn't any drugs lol. Never the less they photographed it along with adding an r-slured caption after then fact to help with their cover up to make the dirty nasty trailer trash family look like active druggies too. Brilliant police work there, Lou.

Anyway I was trying to find out what happened to her and stumbled upon her linkedin profile which ironically stated she works in crisis intervention and HOSPICE, because ya know, she's so good at reacting to crisis and especially helping people die lmafo
