Listen and learn when a 6'2  White guy Red-Seal Journeyman non-woman-hating Carpenter speaks:
Good looking women are welcome in the trades, but will quickly get attention  and start having babies (because capable women are hot, duh)
Tougher women will also be respected as they demonstrate capability (particularly on excavating equipment and exterior painting at heights in my experience)
