Real talk though, while GW are stifling creativity there's more creative people around than ever, and the standard of work has gone way up because the internet gives easy access to advice and inspiration.
The problem is that the internet also gives loads of other people a platform so the creative people are drowned out by the absolute flood of people who aren't.
