Yes I have one, both pre and post T and no real difference detected.

It's not really a voice, it's a bunch of fast thoughts which your brain translates into a voice.

Such as "I'm thirsty but I'm also comfortable so I'm going to endure the thirst rather than move because in the balance of things the comfort is more important than the thirst, for now"

That thought just played out a minute ago but it was a flash, rather than a long drawn out voice.

I think everyone has the same thing but some people are slightly too fixated on the "voice" part of it. No, you don't hear it in your ears.

If you physically "hear" the voice part of an inner monologue you have an actually mental disorder lol

But when you read a book, you conceptualize the author's voice right? Like not disagreeing that you don't actually hear it, but you still imagine text in whoever wrote its voice, or otherwise make up a voice for an author, right?

I make up a voice for the narrator and each of the characters, I thought everyone did?

Yeah that's what I'm wondering, sometimes I switch between the author's voice and the character's voice depending on how I want to read it

Every author happens to have my voice. I wonder if the other readers recognize me.
