As some of you know, the past 18 months I have been extremely horny.
I haven't upped my testosterone, but I've been eating well, lifting and running for more than 12 months, so in good cardiovascular health and feeling sexy, maybe as a result of this and weight loss, the testosterone is going further? I don't know.
ANYWAY.
I keep having dreams where I have a peepee and I'm fricking people with it.
Last night I dreamt there was a very attractive blonde on my bed and I was fricking her in the butt. It was so vivid, her face, the noises she made, the feeling of trying to get my peepee to penetrate her butthole, the feeling of cumming inside her and then pulling out.
What? How can I dream about feeling that?

Lmao I dunno if anyone else finds this as funny as I do, but as I work in a hospital and am in charge of data and reporting, this is hilarious.
We have to submit key performance indicators to the government, such as no. of patients waiting > 4 hours before being seen in ED, or number of patients waiting for a first appointment more than 18 weeks, etc.
I can just imagine the line for "Number of trans women with dementia who show distress at the loss of their peepee" going up one day and everyone being super shocked.
Like, who is even monitoring that? Who would did they report it to?
