I used to think that. Then I got compassion fatigue. Then I saw a few too many of these
's post histories before the surgery and it didn't seem like the worst result for most of them, except for the part where they kept trying everyone else to get it done.
Then you find out that ~90% don't even get it done. Then you find out that a few of them are trying to get futanari surgeries. And then it's pretty easy to just think they're all fricking mental and other groups of people manage to be in difficult circumstances, and therefore likely deserving of empathy, but without all the raping.
