If you need to be warned that hacking away at your groin with a scalpel is going to reduce sensation (at best) then you probably shouldn't be allowed to make these kinds of decisions to begin with.
Well you could describe any surgery as barbaric "hacking away"
It's more fricked up that these hugboxes don't even allow any negativity about the process at all so you got people thinking HRT and SRS will give them the 100% foid experience

That's what always confuses me. Actual non elective surgeries come with a long list of warnings and no guarantees. Well actually it makes sense. It's like, sure there's a fair chance something might go wrong but if you don't go through with it, things are definitely gonna get worse. Meanwhile for SRS (and really all cosmetic surgeries), they actively have to convince you to go through it when you'd be completely fine without it.

Idk now they are miserable, they have someone else to blame their problems on, they are complaining about things with absolutely no intention of doing anything to change their situation and they don't c*m during s*x. Sounds like they are getting the real foid experience
This hole is for discussion, blogposting, memes, greentexts, and anything that relates to being transgender.
Being transphobic, homophobic, and generally too annoying and chuddy in this hole will get you exiled. Posting elsewhere has little hold on that so as long as you can play nice without concern trolling and hiding your true intentions behind a thin veil you will be allowed to post.

I've had a few (necessary) operations. Cosmetic surgery is on a whole other level of frickery.

Most cosmetic surgeries don't involve turning one set of organs into a different set of organs

Alternatively if you need to be warned then it's best the surgery is performed before you breed
