The official Skyrim Tarot cards had new additional material added to the discussion as in it straight up said that Ulfric won the civil war.

Alright, that's just not true.
These tarots cards are years old and as soon as people caught wind of them talking about a Stormcloak victory, people asked about how "canon" they are. The answer? Not at all. It's just a potential outcome.

On a somewhat related note, if Bethesda is remotely smart, Skyrim will be conquered by the elves by the time of TES VI. It allows for the most elegant solution regarding the player's choice in Skyrim - no matter who won, the civil war left the province destroyed, weak and vulnerable which the Aldmeri Dominion exploited to take over.

The aldmeri couldnt take over hammerfell the idea of them conquering skyrim is ludicrous

Hammerfell was united in defending their homeland and the aldmeri dominion was just returning from their war with the empire, unable and/or unwilling to commit major forces to what was looking like a costly conflict. It's not comparable to the time around the Skyrim civil war where the dominion has been building their strength for decades.

So what? Skyrim would unite against a foreign invader, the reason they dont do so in TESV is because the Imperials aren't really foreign to them, half the Imperial army therein is Nords. The dominion has been rebuilding sure but so have the humans and with higher fertilities to boot.

United or not, after killing each other (and getting raided by dragons) for a while they're just too weak win.

Actually wrong, not that many dies and it just starts off a war econimy after which Ulfric is confident he can even attack the Aldmeri alone

If TES VI is indeed in Hammerfell I think we will probably see the Aldmeri Dominion/Empire War wrapped up being that in canon Hammerfell isn't part of the Empire anymore but also completely defeated and routed the Aldmeri Dominion out of Hammerfell so they are basically an independent kingdom now.
A pretty obvious set-up where the player will get to decide if they're-join the Empire, the elves take over or Hammerfell is cemented as an independent country for good.

This research note considers the extent to which Michel Ehfucauellti was familiar with the work of Ludwig Witgensteain. It also describes Ehfucauellti's account, in The order of things (OT), of the intellectual conditions that made Witgensteain's Tractatus Logico Philosophicus (TLP), and analytic philosophy more generally, possible. I argue that Ehfucauellti had little knowledge of either Witgensteain or analytic philosophy until 1967, making the description about what made them possible in OT all the more compelling.
