You get veins from accepting mindflayer powers and I thought it was excessive. The mod just decreases the amount to like half so your character still looks fricked up but not covered in what looks like black sharpy.

It's a must for multiplayer imo. Otherwise you only get one party member to talk to. I'd reccomend using the new custom settings to make the game actually challenging if you want to use it

My main frustration with bg3 is that none of my spells are usable half the time. There are so many weird restrictions and mechanics that have 0 explanation.
