“Halo Infinite is the start of our platform for the future,” he said. “We want Infinite to grow over time, versus going to those numbered titles and having all that segmentation that we had before. It's really about creating Halo Infinite as the start of the next ten years for Halo and then building that as we go with our fans and community.”

Never forget how instead of a Halo 3 sequel they made a Reach sequel (gameplay wise) with all of the non armor lock bad things amplified. Even before that it was clear things eould not improve with 343 when the title update was not applied to the entirity of Reach for some reason.

FRICK Halo 4 omfg. Hey your enemies are the covenant again and these bland boring alien overmind robots that just eat bullets and are less reactive to your actions than enemies designed in 2001. Also we made everything like CoD and the soundtrack is butt. Top 10 Videogame betrayals

And if that wasnt enough it had "good fricking luck understanding they story if You aren't a massive lorecel" and it only got worse from there.
Also there was an unironic presentation with a Spartan on a wheelchair to justify their r-slurred changes.
Tl;dr frick 343
