HBS said something to that effect when questioned why all the character creation options for Battletech (the computer game) ranged from tan to darker end of the skin tone spectrum and there were no blonde hair with blue eyes combination or white skin tones. The only issue was that in at least 2 places in the intro cinematic there are people depicted that directly contradict their whole "that particular combination of features doesn't exist" statement.

it was a DEI hire wasnt it? Its kind of funny how you can just look at their pictures now and tell what their personality is like having not even talked to them at this point.
