I was reading Kiwi Farms a lot at the time. He was just some previously fat zoomer who made up a lot of stories about himself. Looks like his YT channel has been dormant for two years.

His Wikipedia page is still protected and still quotes the GERD thing as factual. It also says he has fibromyalgia (L O L)
