It wasn't uncommon to get a "deluxe edition", either as a limited release or on some significant anniversary, for an album, that would have bonus tracks or other extra material. On top of that, releases in foreign markets usually got extra tracks and different cover art to make up for the delay in release times in Europe or Japan, and of course music collectors here would seek out those foreign editions and pay 2-3x as much for them.

The only like full game that was good that was released on January was granbury fantasy relink only dlc is colour swap but nobody gives frick about it so full story tons end game content for 60 buxxs.

Aside from everything else mentioned, this game specifically takes place in the same story as the Arkham games that started with Arkham Asylum. People usually think of those as the best Batman games ever made so they've wanted another one ever since Arkham Knight in 2015.
But this game kills that Batman and introduces the Justice League just to kill them off, so it's like a way of telling these longtime fans they'll never get another one of these Batman games nor will they be a launching point for Justice League games.
Plus Batman had a decent retirement in Arkham Knight so people happy with how the story wrapped up don't like that he comes back just to die.
Plus the gameplay here isn't anything like the Arkham series. Only the writing ties it in and so it seems like the game exists just to kill Arkham Batman

People exaggerate the extent to which these backlashes are about politics. A lot of the time the chuds are behaving as normal media consoomers who just wanted a normal thing and got some insulting crap instead. The reason Kill the Justice League is hated is that this is what we get instead of another Arkham game or an equivalent experience built around other heroes, after a wait of almost 10 years.
The main politicizers of this kind of media are in fact libs, who try to use rightoid behavior as a narrative to excuse failure and solicit more sales. The "right wing backlash" articles are essentially prewritten marketing copy and come out for every property that shits the bed.
The actual politics involved never go past smirking coding so people can signal their "team." A developer may throw in a random barb about "patriarchy" that doesn't fit the setting, or a YouTube reviewer may reference "It's ma'am" or some other chud bit. But neither the product nor the backlash is fundamentally political.

Also double the catch rate. Halving the number of balls to catch a pal means halving the amount of ore spent on balls, which is your biggest long term ore expense. You also have to spend less time repeatedly throwing a ball at a single pal with no actual gameplay happening until the RNG finally goes your way.

The game is also riddled with crippling bugs
There's one the fanbase are calling the "plague bug" because once you get it it's all ogre, every time you try to connect to servers your game crashes. Devs have admitted that this is the result of three separate bugs and they don't know how to fix two of them.
There are also consistent issues with shit not saving in multiplayer, you gain levels and gear in multiplayer and then it's just wiped forever if you go back to single player. Devs claimed to have fixed this last patch but people are still reporting it.
And the cucks who bought deluxe edition are seething because lots of them still haven't received the extra skins they paid $30 for lmao
Rocksteady are obviously in way over their heads and have no idea how to run an always-online GAAS and boy is it showing. At this stage both Arkham Knight and Arkham City have higher player counts on Steam than this game.
