Playing Alan Wake 2 is so frustrating

I don't like playing as the FBI Agent nubian Queen

Her parts are boring and the whole mechanic of a mind palace and case files having it all be MANUAL DRAG AND DROP IS

Her (racial) Profiling ability being used as a cheap plot device by the devs to make her always know the character motivations isn't satisfying

If you do want to play this game I actually would recommend it (on discount) since the ACTUAL ALAN WAKE levels are awesome Alan Wake is still cool asf and they play around with his writing influencing the levels really well. Plus they're all pretty creepy Although they rely on jump-scares a bit too often imo.

This has been very frustrating since the BLACK FBI AGENT levels are often slow, meandering and tedious. They even ended a kino level where you FINALLY play as Alan Wake and set up a Murder Cult summoning ritual and barely escaping only to immediately put you back playing the boring FBI levels!!!!

It's a great game when you're actually playing as ALAN WAKE but half the game as the character I don't want to play as!
