and Myst? 
So I picked up Outer Wilds 
and it's pretty good. The fanbase is a little annoying what with the I CAN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING BUT IT'S THE BEST GAME EVER 
but it's still a solid puzzle game. I personally thought of it as Myst with space physics 
I'm a fan of Fire Emblem and Undertale so I'm used to ignoring terrible fandoms 
Another game I liked is Subnautica but what I specifically liked was the exploration and figuring out the story. I only tolerated the survival crafting.

Oh I shilled the frick outta that game. Never really found anything that lived up to it tho, Myst is good and similar but l didn't like it as much, half the fun of Outer Wilds was frickin around w the physics. Especially on low-grav worlds.
That said Superliminal was good, and Ive heard what remains of Edith Finch, return of Obra Dinn, and Firewatch are all similar, tho I have not played

idk what it was but that game hit all the right notes for me I consider it one of the best games I've ever played. Also the fact that it's kind of a one-off (besides fricking around you can't really replay it) AND I went into it totally blind it just clicked perfectly. the DLC was unique but also similar, in that it's the same style of game but plays out in that one location, and it also adds to the lore and story. They frickin killed it tho.
Also the producers or whatever of the game called "Annapurna" also have a movie making division, that movie where Christian Bale plays Cheney was developed by the same company Annapurna.

Honestly I dont even remember that movie, I watched it with some ppl but I think I fell asleep. I just remember the opening credits with Annapurna and being like wtf isn't that the thing that pops up on the intro screen for Outer Wilds? Probably some shitty conglomerate or something
