I think I had <20 hours of time total, but I was bored and ready to finish up by hour 10. I tried at first to get engrossed in the story, but like 4 hours in I just could not tolerate the dialogue or terrible voice acting.

The gameplay is generally fine... it's just that the writing, dialogue and lore are meh... That's the biggest issue for me and there's no fixing it.

Todd is coping. It's 40 hour average play play time for players who completed the game. It's also 14 million sales across all platforms, not players (Skyrim was 20mil at the same time)
By coping I mean crying in to his wads of cash about the piss poor reputation of his game and studio in current year.
