The 4 bullet points you've added thus far are W's. Districts and golden/dark ages are kino af and navigable rivers have been long overdo.

I think I misunderstood what I heard about ages tbh. The ages they talked about were points in a game where you evolve into a new Civ. They could still have the Gold Age/Dark Age system though since they're keeping districts.
