The whole message of MGS1 is to forge your own path. Meryl, Otacon and Grey Fox all railroaded themselves into the only path they thought they had and hated themselves for it, Naomi's speech of not letting yourself be ruled by your genes feels antithetical to idpol wokeshit, though you could probably twist that to mean
stuff, but it's a bit of a stretch. It's obviously heavily political but not woke in the sense that it's usually used.
Then again it is a little homoerotic to ride a snowmobile with your bro (that's why I let Meryl die)

If by woke you mean "politically left-wing" then yeah it's woke. If by woke you mean "corporately sanitized" then, yeah, not woke. But neither is something like Disco Elysium, which many would say is one of the most "woke" games of all time.
There's also games like Hades which are extremely sexualized but filled with alphabet squad and polyamory and shit. Is this "woke" though?
I think "corporate-feeling forced diversity" is how I usually think of "woke," and obviously this is usually a detriment to media. I'd say Baldur's Gate 3 or Valorant or other modern successful AAA games would be the example of good versions of these games.
