Baulder's Gate 3 is the most obvious answer. They shoved tons of gay relationships in that game and being friendly with all companions means you have to be careful to dodge the s*x scenes if you don't want them.

There's a ton of good "woke" games. Vast majority of the industry leans left, so just by the numbers it's inevitable.
There are good games that are pretty explicitly left-wing politically: Bioshock, MGS, Fallout, This War of Mine, Papers Please, Disco Elysium, Cruelty Squad.
There are also good games that are just filled with "corporate diversity"-style casts: Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War (multiple games), Apex Legends, Valorant, League of Legends (I know people hate Riot slop but they're extremely successful), Baldur's Gate 3, Hades, Spiritfarer, Cassette Beasts, (too many indie games to count)

It's so weird how in the last couple years playersexual romances went from being considered a garbage decision that sacrificed potential storytelling and character development to give weirdo coomers wank material with anyone asking for them being called a creepy porn addled weirdo that needed to learn not everyone wants to frick them(i.e. people who wanted to romance Judy in Cyberpunk or Dorian and Sera in DA:I) to being the progressive equivalent of a pride flag on the cover.

I wish they'd stop including romance in game entirely tbh lol. Although even before the approaching era of being one sus dialogue choice away from gay s*x I never did any romances naturally. I always had to follow a guide or go out of my way to do them lol.
