Commando raids is a cool feature to add. Curious how open to exploitation it'll be on release because it screams "unforseen mechanic interaction that somehow gives a 10000% bonus to something unexpected" until it's patched

It's just going to be like espionage or every other feature and be nothing more than +10% to land combat, which is the only thing that matters in HOI4.

Intel actually also decreases planning bonus for opponents by like 90% lol it's super powerful, also gives you increased air spotting and naval spotting which easily turns the tide of battle. Anyway, the bonus is 15% for full, plus 15% breakthrough from cracked codes, and if you're allies another 15% when attempting d-day. Crazy important in MP. All in addition to providing info about what your opponent has.
