The sum is for some $32k per violated patent , so a total of a near $100k including any fees and an injunction against further sales of the game.

Pokemon has always been easy and for children, the newer games just removed the 8 hours you'd have to spend mindlessly grinding in tall grass. Death to JRPGcels, Atlus is the only developer that doesn't intentionally go out of their way to waste the player's time.

I swear JRPGs embrace menu-based gameplay where you spend more time navigating menus and watching animations play out than you do actually playing the darn game.
