In mugen soul case the game has multiple trophy sets so this platinum trophy is more common in Japanese version than U.S. version but psn count them together.
Most games especially today don't have different trophies sets.

Truth is most trophies/achievements are ridiculously easy. Most of the """difficult""" ones are one of time consuming, using a really niche thing or playing in a suboptimal way for a bit, or needs multiplayer in a dead game.
Legit hard ones exist, but those are an extreme minority.
