In the 1986 Infocom text adventure Leather Goddesses of Phobos they have a really good way of telling if you're a girl or a boy. The game tells you that you really need to take a piss. Which bathroom you go into decides it.
Things were so much simpler in 1986. And my whole life up until ~2012 when these very complicated issues of who should piss where suddenly appeared.
