With Lollipop Chainsaw it wasn't big deal since game was mostly offline so I just get germ version.
But some games require always online connections. In the past it wasn't an problem but new rule made that before a game comes out officially devs need to ban accounts from those countries from connecting to the services of the game and for PlayStation there is stricter rules that to release on Apple Store. They aren't banned. Dota2 has plenty of 'loot boxes' that work just fine here.
They show the content before you open them. Not to mention it's very easy to get around the ban anyway.

Also registration as gamble company would block company from releasing its games on consoles.
You probably didn't made the connection but I wrote that on PSN you can't change your region and now games with constantly online connection checks your profile region and won't let you connect to the servers. That would mean only way around is a new profile with a new region and that means no trophies on my main profile. On Xbox or steam or even stupid as Nintendo there is way around but not on PlayStation.
And there won't be changes on PlayStation because Sony psn infrastructure is ancient and it would cost them a lot to bring new features
