No. The Codex is not the in game canon it details the actual reality the game is inspired by. The in game character is an adult played by a 31 year old face and body model. The Codex doesn't even say anything about Hans's age other than his birth year.

It's not a wiki detailing the in game characters it is a wiki detailing the real world inspirations for the characters and it differs from the game canon in loads of ways. It describes radzig as a criminal thug for example and in the game he is a noble and honourable person and the MCs dad
