I'm not long posting the minutia but basically yeah.

Specifically when they start posting home addresses, job location, etc. is when it becomes very easy to make it a case of stalking/harassment. With Kiwifarms psychopathic disposition it'd be extremely easy to make the case that them posting the documents there constitutes a reasonable threat to your safety

Yeah. He moved from Florida to Ukraine until he decided he was too r-slurred to use a VPN and people found out he lived in Kiev. Now he’s in some other backwater that’s too dysfunctional to care about a white shut-in living there with no visa.

He’s also been blacklisted by PayPal, Patreon, GFM, all major credit card companies, and most banks. He asks for donations to be in crypto or by pre-paid cash cards because you literally can't send him money any other way.

For what? If it's defamation (libel), then it's a civil suit, but it's moot for Penny Steve because the claims are true. You wouldn't get arrested for that kind of court summons. They'd also have to figure out how to mail you one, much less find an attorney who'd take them seriously.
