Itβs actually not a lab coat, those jackets are standard to wear for anyone who works around composite layup work. Pretty much all composite materials have a requirement in their spec to wear gear that prevents foreign material getting onto the part, and those jackets are generally more resistant to leaving any small bits of clothing. If you work in a place with composite manufacturing, pretty much every single person has their own jacket exactly like this.
So really these people are even more cucked. Theyβre following procedure to wear their jackets in a clean room environment so Porsche canβt blame any foreign object debris (βFODβ) on these guys and financially ruin them lol
