For the uninitiated: rdrama dot net, an offsite version of /r/drama, made that troll sub. It was about defending the Wisconsin man that used a car to kill people in a Christmas parade last year. They defended him because of race reasons and the point was to bait outrage. One of the mods made a sock puppet account pretending to be a juror on the case. The judge saw this and explicitly called them out in court. The OP freaked out and apologized because law enforcement allegedly is going to get involved. Reddit admins then found out what happened and shut it down. rdrama dot net is also on lockdown because it automatically redirects to a sign up page if you go to the url, which essentially hides all of their content from lurkers.
