Reddit admins just told me to ban evade

I logged onto an account I tried to age and use for reportmaxxing a few months ago, now it's gigajannied and I got this message. Has this happened to anyone else, and do you know what causes this so I can avoid it with my next account?

Don't really have advice for you though, I got it a few weeks after my main got banned for /r/place things and they suddenly nuked all my alts, I've only been posting through TOR since.
