It's best for them if they avoid the internet as much as possible. You can be a bit weird, and still be relatable to people and make friends but being terminally online will just ruin your brain

Back when I was spending too much time here I asked an admin to ban me for 48 hours and they did. Idk why people don't just do that on occasion to force them to interact with the world
