Depends entirely on the herb. Mother Nature hates men so phytoestrogen is in a frick load of normal edible plants while phytoandrogens are exceptionally rare and the few that do have it are toxic as frick. You have to do it indirectly by eating something that lowers blood pressure and cortisol, naturally raising test, while there are a few that stimulate the testis to do so, but they don’t work on everyone and it’s debatable what the mechanism even is.

It’s interesting how phytoestrogens and phytoabdrogens work, plant mostly use estrogens internally but because insects use androgens, some plants evolved androgens as insecticides. That being said there are some androgenic plants that do work, and the most effective natural boner pill is Chinese, horny goat weed. HGW is funny because it doesn’t work if you aren’t lactose intolerant because the active chemical is broken down by lactase in your gut. Also it works on the same mechanism as viagra, both are pde5 inhibitors, just viagra is much better at it.

Going full redditor, but do you have any links about the link between HGW and lactose intolerance? The active ingredient in HGW is icariin, and lactose has a very different chemical structure from icariin. The lactase enzyme isn't going to be the one interacting with HGW.
