I mean yeah. Commies edge post about filling ditches with fascist bodies and gunning down everyone even tangentially related to them. I have seen them condone far more horrific acts on them than r*pe.
I think the r*pe argument disturbs them because it actually makes them confront the idea that it takes a sick individual to inflict a certain kinds of brutal violence(since, in order to keep up with the progressive act they have to agree with women that r*pe is an inhumane act that shouldn't be inflicted on anyone).

Assuming they're doing the raping I think it's kinda a step further than most violence in the sense that keeping the act up kinda confirms they're getting off to it (unless it's some kinda "taking Viagra to r*pe the chuds"). Most other violence they could keep plausible deniability that they don't enjoy doing it, r*pe is harder to keep that detached attitude
We all know most of them get off to the other threats of violence but saying you'll outright r*pe your enemies make it harder to deny and keep moral superiority
