I'm not going to click the link to see if it's real or not, but honestly I don't care if it is. Free speech is free speech. I may find it distasteful but I defend their right to do it, much as I expect them to defend mine.
Saying that you believe in free speech but not hate speech or speech that nauseates you is like saying you believe in all the laws of physics except for gravity. It's a prix fixe menu bro - you don't get to pick and choose what parts of free speech you find acceptable. Either you believe people can say whatever they want regardless of how angry and offended it gets you, or you're a piece of shit who deserves to die.
