Got sent a case and it took 5 minutes of reviewing reports and slides to know it was idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Now she keeps calling me asking me to review the slides further even though I know I’m correct based off known info and I’m not a pathologist. Go call one of my pathologists. It’s been reviewed by a path and second checked by myself. I want to get shit faced drunk and go to a gay club instead of reading and looking at images

It’s such an easy case I don’t know why it even went into consultation. Any oncologist should be annoyed with such a trivial case

Yeah but a professional would make sure they understood why you came to the conclusion. Your priority is getting wasted, gambling, and taking shit about everyone while boosting your own ego - not the patients you signed up to help.

Have you ever seen an actual doctor report and not just the patient report?
I gave a 13 page report that included all interpretations between me and the pathologist

And 10% accurate.
I’ve never met a professional who claims to never make a mistake, unlike yourself. It’s everyone else who messes up your perfect record.

I work in oncology, we don’t get to make long-standing mistakes. I’ve made mistakes that were corrected but fixed quickly
