Got sent a case and it took 5 minutes of reviewing reports and slides to know it was idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Now she keeps calling me asking me to review the slides further even though I know Iโm correct based off known info and Iโm not a pathologist. Go call one of my pathologists.
