Definitely wasn't by choice. My parents thought it was important that I Understand the Facts because at the time AIDS was Very Scary. But they also knew nothing themselves and were uncomfortable with the idea of talking about s*x, so they made me sit down and watch it with them. At least I learned how to properly put a condom onto a banana so there's no air bubble in the tip. :marseyshrug:
