I don't get the logic of poor people don't have time because they work more. Everytime I've worked more hours, I've made more money. Isn't that how it works?
Underemployment causes poverty, not overemployment. The poors probably average 32 hours a week.
Honestly though, the middle aged guy I know working rotating shifts labouring at a chicken processing plant to provide for his three kids, I can understand why he has a hefty gut and got fat. Sometimes you're in such a shit situation in life that you just blob out with nasty food and beer when you get some time off. It's not inevitable, but it's understandable how it happens.
If we're honest about it, we can identify risk groups for obesity like him.
