My company got rid of the agile coaches and other useless roles. It was amazing.

Being a project manager (whether that's an "agile coach" or "scrum master" or "Trello fellator" or whatever the newest buzzword is) is literally the easiest job in the world, which is why they gatekeep it with all these useless certifications. I gotta get my PMP sometime so I can get in on this grift

I have three projects I am spearheading. I am doing 95% of the work on all three. There are 7 project managers. I am in leadership and my goal by next quarter is to have all 7 removed.

All meetings have been recorded and i have every PM asking me to do their job while admitting, "teehee i dont know what im doing here, im so out of my depth".

OUT.

Companies have very bloated departments that are unnecessary. Effectivization of the workplace occurs each time when company reviews what they need and don't need.
